Thailand Expands EV Supply-Chain Infrastructure Through GAC Battery Production

On 3 November, GAC announced that its first overseas battery-pack manufacturing facility had begun operations in Thailand, supporting the localisation of electric-vehicle supply chains. The company did not publish a confirmed investment amount, plant capacity or equipment contract price. The development creates opportunities for industrial infrastructure providers, electrical-equipment suppliers and battery logistics companies.
