HSE Awards €600 Million Shared Framework for Healthcare Capital Works

On 2 November 2026, a €600 million shared framework agreement for non-acute healthcare capital works was recorded for the HSE’s Dublin, Midlands and other regional areas. The framework includes architectural, engineering, project-management and construction-consultancy services, with individual project values ranging from €1 million to €15 million excluding VAT.
