The Turkmenabat fertilizer complex is being developed under a $682 million EPC contract, fully financed by the project owner, Turkmenhimiya. The facility is expected to produce 450,000 tonnes of fertilizers annually after completion. The project may create opportunities for industrial partnerships, supplier financing and related investments.
