On 30 October, Geostat reported that 8,632 construction permits were issued across Georgia during January–September 2026, covering more than 8.65 million square metres of planned construction. Tbilisi accounted for 48.1% of the permitted area, while 2,307 properties covering 2.54 million square metres were completed during the same period.
